URMH BALLINASLOE

The URMH Ballinasloe project was developed on a greenfield site. The site was selected to accommodate the construction of 64 modular housing units designed to meet the urgent need for accommodating Ukrainian refugees.

 

Work on the project commenced on September 25 2023, and was completed at the beginning of August 2024.

Connaught was contracted to do all groundworks which included:​

• ​Earthworks/excavation

• Demolition/clearance

• Foundations & drainage

• Electrical ducting

• Landscaping & road/car park

• Building work

All associated works were done to the highest quality of works while maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental issues on-site.
