The estate was constructed on a Greenfield site in Clonminch, Co. Offaly.  The site consists of 64nr modular homes, an access road with parking bays, as well as a large green area with concrete paths.  Each home is fenced off using timber panels and all boundaries are enclosed with either a block wall or a palisade fence.

 

The Project commenced in May 2023 and was completed in December 2023.  CCL carried out all of the site works and whilst working against a challenging programme due to the nature of the work, had all works complete in 7 months.

Connaught was contracted to do all groundworks which included:​

• Earthworks/excavation

• Foundations for 64nr modular homes

• Drainage, ducting & watermain

• Formation & surfacing of roads

• Paving

• Blockwork & precast walls

• Plastering

• Boundary fencing

• Anti-skid to parking bays

• Line marking

All associated works were done to the highest quality of works while maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental issues on-site.
